Dear Parent/Guardian,

The teachers and faculty are very excited about the International Festival and sharing the cultural diversity at E.V.G. In each classroom the children will be studying a specific country. Just like last year, we would like to give the parents an opportunity to participate in the festival during the day. We would like to have various exhibits representing different countries. Your culture will be displayed in either the auditorium or gymnasium where parents can host their own table or exhibit during the day. You may include flags, crafts, traditional garb, jewelry, artifacts, etc. at your stand. A sampling of food is also welcome. If possible, please dress your children in traditional clothing which represents your familys culture to share with their classrooms.

If you would like to volunteer to share your culture on Friday, January 21^st, 2010 please contact Suzanne Elkhechen at no later than Thursday, January 13^th, 2010.

Also, each class will need 2-4 volunteers to assist in stamping all visitors passports. If you are interested, please complete the portion below and return to school by Thursday, January 13^th, 2010. We will try our best to assign you to your childs class. Thank you in advance for making this event a huge success!
